Nigel Little, Managing Director, has been in the games industry since 1990 as a programmer and has worked on many platforms from the Amiga to the Playstation. He was lead programmer and designer on the Amiga classic 'Soccer Kid' while working at Krisalis Software.

In early 2001 the company restructured to focus their efforts entirely on wireless games. Distinctive recognised the huge potential of the mobile games market and believes that it's past games development experience enables them to bring the very best entertainment to mobile users.

Development of the licensed version of 'Space Invaders' for Java phones was completed in late 2001 for Digital Bridges. In mid 2002 Distinctive launched their first original Java game 'Collision Course' which is now available around the world through a number of wireless games portals and operators.

As an active member of TIGA (The Independent Games Association), and more specifically the mobile special interest group within TIGA, Distinctive, along with other developers, are working with the mobile industry, raising the issues faced by mobile game developers in order to maximise the potential of mobile gaming.

Distinctive has a wealth of experience in a number of key areas. They understand what makes a great game, they have the knowledge to translate that into a highly polished product and they understand the issues related to developing branded games.
